About AIEC

Basic Philosophy and Objectives of Ageo International Education Center (AIEC)
The philosophy is to cultivate individuals who can recognize their own value, respect the value of others, forge fulfilling lives by collaborating with diverse people, and contribute to international peace through international exchange by playing an active role in a global society.
Based on the Frame of eference for Japanese Language, Ageo International Education Center (AIEC) cultivates the Japanese language proficiency necessary for studying at graduate schools, universities, vocational schools, etc., and supports students in advancing to higher education institutions that match their life goals.
Features of Ageo International Education Center (AIEC) Curriculum
The curriculum adopts a comprehensive approach to language activities across four skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) and five fields (listening, reading, interaction, presentation, and writing), based on the perspective that understanding of the learning content deepens through the use of Japanese in actual communication and repeated thinking, judgment, and expression.
The "Comprehensive Japanese" subject at each level incorporates language activities that integrate multiple domains, allowing for comprehensive learning of the four skills and five fields.
While a B2 level proficiency in each of the five domains of language activity is generally required for higher education, acquiring reading and speaking skills takes time. Therefore, at the B2 level, in addition to "Comprehensive Japanese," "Reading" and "Speaking (Interaction)" subjects are provided to strengthen these skills and prepare students for external examinations.
For students who wish to change their visa status to a Specified Skilled Worker visa after graduating from this school, we provide specialized Japanese language courses in various fields, information on Specified Skilled Worker evaluation tests, and other learning support outside of regular study hours. We already have a track record of employment in the nursing care, food service ( will be terminated soon), and food and beverage manufacturing industries.
